1. A
deposit off £33.00 is required
at the time of booking this can
be paid by calling us on 01367
710595. The balance, along with
any Surgery fees are payable
prior to collection. Payment may
be made with cash, cheque with
guarantee card, Mastercard,
Visa, Delta, Switch or Solo.
2. Should
you collect your cat earlier
than the date stated on your
booking form, there will be no
reduction is cost.
3. If
you need to cancel a booking
please give the Cattery as much
notice as possible. Please note
that no refund of the deposit is
possible within 7 days of the
arrival date.
4. We
reserve the right to delay
admission if no up-to-date
vaccination card is presented on
arrival.
5. We
also require that your cat be
treated against worms and fleas.
This can be carried out at the
Cattery during their stay if
requested, the cost of which
will be added to your invoice.
6. In
the interest of health and
safety all collars will be
removed from your cats on
arrival.
7. Please
always use a basket to carry
your cat to and from the
Cattery.
8. If
a stay is extended for any
reason, we will do our best not
to move your cat/cats but we
reserve the right to do so if
unavoidable.
9. We
reserve the right to refuse
admission if your cat is or has
been unwell.
10. Should
anyone other than yourself be
required to collect your cat at
the end of their stay you must
sign an authorisation form to
this effect – available from the
Cattery. This form must be
signed by yourself either on or
prior to your cats admission to
the Cattery.
11. Both
arrival and departure days are
charged.
12. Should
any information on the booking
form change prior to arrival
please inform us. Diet and
medical information are
particularly important.
13. We
cater for the majority of feline
diets, however, there are
exceptions. We will inform you
if this is the case. An
alternative will be offered or
you have the option to bring
your own food in. There is no
reduction in tariff if this is
the case.
